Note: ER4047 silicon alloy aluminum welding wire has lower melting point about 500℃ and higher fluidity (silicon content 12%) than ER4043, and can also be used as welding material. It can be used instead of ER4043 and has higher silicon content, which is helpful to reduce thermal cracks and generate higher fillet weld shear strength.
Usage: It is commonly used for various kinds of difficult welding such as aluminum (thin) parts, condensers, air conditioning pipes, high pressure aluminum tubes, automobile water tanks, oil tanks, etc.
